EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are a customer based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with EU consumer protection law (EU Directive 2023/2673).

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To withdraw from your purchase, please complete the two steps below:

Step 1 — Submit Your Withdrawal Request

Send an email to info@holdthegear.com with the following information:

Your full name
Your order number (e.g. #1001)
The item(s) you wish to return
Your decision to withdraw (a simple statement is sufficient, e.g. “I wish to withdraw from my contract for the following item(s)”)

Use the subject line: Withdrawal Request – Order #[your order number]

Step 2 — Wait for Confirmation

We will send you an email confirmation acknowledging your withdrawal request within 1 business day. The return address will be provided in your withdrawal confirmation email. Please do not return any items until you have received this confirmation.

Return Conditions

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date you received your order.
Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
You must include your proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt).
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the refund.
